1. Metro Sales is a locally owned and operated distributor of copiers, facsimile, and laser printers based in Minneapolis, Minnesota with nine offices throughout Minnesota and North Dakota. We bring you over 30 years of experience with a financially sound background.
2. Metro Sales carries a full line of copiers, facsimile and laser printers. Ricoh delivers quality. Ricoh has placed more facsimile machines than any other company in the world.
3. Metro Sales can deliver your orders immediately. We carry a full inventory of machines, supplies, and parts. Our Parts Department stocks over 1.2 million parts in inventory.
4. We offer a Metro Service Express which guarantees that when you call for service on your Ricoh copier or fax machine, we'll be in your office within three hours of your phone call (if you are within the seven county area, otherwise within four hours).
5. Metro Sales Service staff includes more than 80 copier and fax technicians. Each technician receives factory and regular in-house training.
6. Metro Sales has a modern and computerized dispatch system. We keep a complete account history of each customer, this allows us to offer a quick and efficient logging of your service requests.
