Out of 500+ Ricoh dealers, Metro Sales achieved the highest revenue for the 2015 fiscal year. In recognition, they received the prestigious National Award for Excellence.
Ricoh USA also recognized all authorized Metro Sales service locations as Ricoh Service Excellence Certified for the fourth straight year. In earning this distinction, Metro Sales met or eclipsed rigorous expectations in service team training, industry certifications, customer satisfaction and more.
